Julie is the Head of our China desk for our International Property Division in Cyprus, with a primary focus of managing Chinese clients’ international property investment, currently focused on Cyprus and Greece opportunities. Originally based in Beijing, Julie has been active both as a partner and Director in an number of Chinese trade and investment companies for over a decade. As an international property consultant for Chinese investors, either private individuals or companies, Julie has made several presentations on property investment in related conference events in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Now based in Cyprus, Julie has developed a strategic cooperation with several Chinese associations and related networks, assisting their respective members and travelling delegations in reviewing property investment opportunities primarily in Cyprus and in Greece.
