The practical attitude and strong pragmatism are the characteristics of Alberto, who in his personal and professional life focuses  on the substantial aspects of things. Alberto learned from his clients that there are practical needs to be met, and that the right approach may determine the success of a project, if combined with the essential rigor that every lawyer necessarily must possess.

As a lover of the world of vintage sports cars and investments in the field of the green economy, Alberto strives for a “zero emission” world, so much that he has chosen do dedicate himself to the fascinating and complex world of renewable energy in his career as well.

He is divided between work and family, with which he lives in Milan, and to which he tries to devote as much time as possible. Lover of travels, week-ends out of town and jazz music. There are time when he could give not up to listen on of his favourite tracks Desafinado by Stan Getz and Charlie Byrd.

Italy (2003) – Attorney at law at the Supreme Court (2015)

Alberto is an Italian Lawyer with about twenty years of post-qualification work experience, partly gained abroad (United Kingdom, Germany).

He has matured his professional experience in both litigation and extrajudicial assistance in favour of domestic and foreign companies in the field of civil and commercial law with particular focus – in the last decade – on domestic and international transactions concerning the acquisition of significant industrial projects mainly in the Renewable Energy sector and Real estate compendiums in the Real Estate field, including the relevant aspects of Financing.

He has extensive experience in the energy sector and in general in real estate construction and infrastructure works, gained at primary Italian law firms, as well as an independent consultant to companies in the renewable energy sector from photovoltaic and wind sources.

For about six years, he was the trusted lawyer of the Italian branch of a large multinational company, to which he provided legal support for all the group’s activities, acquiring significant knowledge of the technical aspects related to the energy sector, as well as the authorization processes. He was involved in all negotiations of commercial agreements for renewable energy projects in Italy and abroad, including assistance in project contracts for the development, construction and maintenance of power plants (EPC, O&M, FIDIC, JCT, NEC).

Alberto’s profile is completed by a solid experience in assisting clients in litigation proceedings, also before the Higher Courts and the Supreme Court in Italy (i.e. Cassazione) in the civil and commercial fields, as well as in arbitration proceedings and in the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in general. Alberto has also acquired particular experience in the field of recognition and enforcement in Italy of foreign judgments and arbitration decisions, and in the enforcement proceedings on real estate assets.
